Hotel Moti Palace - Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this low-budget hotel. the room was impressive, comfy, and just what we needed. the staff was helpful, and the food was good. the hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to all the places we needed to visit. Additionally, the airport was conveniently located just 0.5 miles away.

It's an amazing good budget hotel with helpful staff members. Quiet atmosphere, though some people working here are not professional.

The hotel was luxurious, with particularly good location near that area. Location: the venue was very close to Taj Mahal and other attractions, a pub, and other attractions. Also, Jama Masjid was 2 miles away from the hotel. The room was impressive and even had a handy kitchenette.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the place. It was a low-cost hotel which had good service. - the food was good with a great selection of choice. - All in all, the room was a big size and impressive, also provided a tub. - Very helpful and best staff, offered us wake-up calls and ironing. - the location was excellent and the best possible, near that area and overlooking the street.

The staff were not friendly and we had a very uncomfortable check-in process. They did not accept our credit card and were quite rude about it.

During check-in, I encountered a slight issue with the international card payment and had trouble withdrawing cash from the nearby ATM. our taxi driver came to the rescue and lent us the needed cash.

A wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to choose from. , the indoor play area was perfect to keep the kids occupied while the grown-ups relaxed. They had polite hotel staff and the rooms were clean and cozy.

The hotel was located on a busy road, so if you have kids, you need to keep an eye on them always. The hotel staff was a bit rude when checking in, and they didn't accept international cards as promised.
